The tuition feature is compatible with all devices, laptops, ipads, and smartphones. We do encourage users to choose larger screens where possible to get the best experience possible from your lesson
We recommend using Google Chrome when using TutorGenie. Safari and Microsoft Edge are also good but we have found that the tuition feature runs most effectively using Chrome. If you do not currently have either installed, they are free to download from the internet - simply search the browser name and follow the prompts on their website.
As the tuition feature is on our online platform, you will need to go to the https://tutorgenie.ae website and log in using your email address and password so you are in your account. 5 minutes before the session is scheduled to go ahead, you'll receive a reminder email that your session is due to start. When you log in to your TutorGenie profile a pop-up will prompt you to join the room when it’s time for your session to begin.
