You can request a refund for a class within 24 hours of the class end time. To request a refund for a class login to your account and click on "My Bookings" section in the nav bar then click on the class from "Past Bookings' section and you'll see the class that you wish to request a refund for. You will be brought through a few easy steps to complete this request and will then submit it to your tutor's TutorGenie inbox for them to accept.
Once your tutor has accepted your refund request, this will enable the refund to be processed.
