Navigate to the “My Dashboard” tab and then to “My Classes”. Simply click on the class that requires cancelling and then click ‘Cancel class’. Once you have cancelled the class a cancellation email will be sent to both tutor and student/parent. At this point, refunds will be processed. See our cancellation policies here.
