One of the best things about TutorGenie is how easy we make it for you to get paid. We take the payment from parents and students prior to the lesson. There could be many reasons for the funds not being released to your account. Sometimes there is a refund request pending against a class or classes you had which can take many days to resolve after which payment is made to you or a refund is made back to the parent/student. Other reasons could be because your ID has been rejected by Stripe or you have given the wrong payment details.
