This is a brief account of my experience and what I have to offer. This is my eighth year teaching in the UAE. I qualified with a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Johannesburg. I have been teaching Grade 5, Grade 6, Grade 8, and Grade 9 Math in an ADEC/MOE school. I have taught both General and Elite Stream. I have been fortunate to integrate learning platforms such as ALEF and ALEKS in my teaching, as well as facilitate weekly PLC training for Grade 5 Elite Stream teachers. I have also headed and coordinated the Mathematics Department at my current school since August 2023. I am a hardworking individual and have always been passionate about my work. I believe that teamwork and a strong work ethic are vital for success, and I believe that I can bring these qualities to any work environment. I am computer literate and comfortable using technology to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
