Having gained excellent experience of teaching all ages, I am delighted to be in a position to tutor. Together with my teaching qualification, I hold a Bachelor of Nursing Science which further equips me to meet the challenges of our modern-day classroom. I have a passion for making mathematics engaging and accessible for all students. With years of teaching experience, I excel in creating dynamic lesson plans that bring math concepts to life. Beyond the classroom, I lead after-school math clubs, where I foster a love for problem-solving and critical thinking in young learners. I have excelled in my academic success regarding my master’s degree as I was awarded the Professional Masters of Education College Gold Medal for attaining first place in the Professional Masters of Education programme. Furthermore, I was awarded the Professional Masters of Education School Placement Certificate for attaining the highest cumulative QCA regarding performance in school placement modules. I was also nominated by NUIG for the Dr. H H Stewart Medical Scholarship award for my dissertation. To date my teaching experience is primarily within the mainstream setting. I have gained experience teaching multi-grade and single-grade classes and have navigated and utilised the curricula relating to various class levels. I love teaching and I believe that my experiences of working with young people in both the health and education settings can certainly benefit the children whom I tutor. I passionately believe that both of my qualifications complement each other and I look forward to working as a tutor.
