I am an experienced and versatile secondary school teacher with over 8 years experience tutoring primary and secondary school students. My specialist subject areas are Health, Physical Education, and Business Studies however my tutoring experience is predominantly Maths and junior English. I have a multitude of experience working with students with specific SEND and behavioural needs including dyslexia, processing delays and dyscalculia. Additionally, I have also tutored students who are considered gifted and talented. I value that students retain knowledge better when they are enjoying themselves thus, I strive to make lessons fun and engaging. I believe my teaching style is unique, drawing on my different teaching strategies from a versatile range of subjects. I have experience with both the British curriculum in England and UAE, as well as the Australian curriculum in Australia.
