Enthusiastic professional with experience working with children in various environments, including schools, camps, and coaching. Currently teaching primary English, Mathematics and Science. I have a Primary School Teaching Degree and a Specialism in Mathematics. I also have a Teaching English as an Additional Language Certificate which I received along with my Education degree. I have a big interest in STEM and have led STEM-based summer camps for 2 years for children in Ireland aged 5-13. I also won an award for Kerry ETB's 'Best Technology Student' in this area for results I received in my Leaving Certificate when finishing school. I have also coached football teams of varying ages for 3 years. I intend on creating a safe learning environment for all students. I believe my lessons an are fun and interactive space for learning while also maintaining a consistent and strong work ethic in my students across all subject areas. I expect every student to do their best in every lesson. I will encourage and motivate each and every student to develop the skills for lifelong learning which they will carry with them through their educational journey and future lives. I am looking forward to helping students achieve their goals on their educational journeys.
