British trained primary school teacher with over 6 years experience teaching a range of age groups. For over 3 years I have worked in an outstanding school grades by OFSTED. My experience in the British curriculum has afforded me the opportunity to develop strategies to effectively teach English at any level while also participating in numerous professional development courses to develop and challenge young minds in maths. My approach to teaching is to ensure that children are having fun and engaged in their learning. In my opinion, a child lead approach to teaching far out ways any other. Having a routine where children are required to explore materials for themselves really produces the best results.
