I am an enthusiastic, dedicated, and motivated teacher with 9 years’ experience in the classroom and 2 years as part of the leadership team as head of year. After spending the last five years in Abu Dhabi, seven in total, I feel I have a strong understanding of the culture and life in the Middle east. I have tutored many children over the years, varying in age range, as well as curriculums being studied. My international experience from Scotland, Abu Dhabi, and the U.S.A. has given me invaluable knowledge of three different curriculums and many pedagogical approaches. This knowledge and experience has provided me with a wealth of different teaching ideas. I am self-motivated and have a positive attitude, consistently striving to better my teaching to benefit the progress of all pupils, which is demonstrated through my passion for learning leading to me completing my middle leadership qualification. I feel that my organisation, hardworking nature, experience will make me a great tutor.
