I am a highly qualified Irish primary school teacher with a passion for working with the lower primary years. I have six years teaching experience in the UAE. I am currently working in Baniyas but located in Abu Dhabi city. I have a wide range of experience working from FS1/KG1 all the way to Year 6/Grade 5. I have a particular passion for phonics and reading. I love teaching through play and using concrete objects and making real life connections to ensure subject consolidation, especially when teaching maths. I believe in using a holistic approach when tutoring at home so I can have a whole view of the child, their likes and dislikes to create a learning approach which is specific to them.
