You can easily share homework, test papers, and other important docs with your tutor in our messaging feature.  This makes it really easy to hand in homework and get feedback. To share a document, go to the chat feature and click on the paperclip icon.  You can select the file you’d like to share from your computer files. Any files you have previously uploaded will be available for you in the chatbox. If you do have any issues sharing documents, try changing the file type where possible and try again using another tool in the online tuition feature. There are an abundance of free online converters where you can change image files to PDF, and vice versa.

 
It is very important to send files to the tutor before a lesson so they have time to view them and prepare accordingly. Sending documents during a lesson can eat up valuable tuition time. 

If the file is very big you may encounter issues where it takes a long time to send so keep them as small as possible. If you need to send large files and you’re encountering any issues, you could try splitting the file into multiple documents.
