In "My Account", click on "Profile". You will see the section to add a video to your profile. First you need to upload a video to youtube by creating a channel. This is easy see here for instructions. When that is complete, simply copy the video link and paste it into the box in your "Profile" page. You dont need to copy the entire link, just the last part. See the example below for details.
